Welcome to Yap Caressa Diane Auto Parts (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.ycdautoparts.com.ph (“Site”) and the purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian to use this Site and purchase products. By using our Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account and Purchases

– You are not required to create an account to make a purchase. You may check out as a guest by providing a valid email address where we can send your order details, confirmation, and updates.

– Creating an account is optional but recommended for easier order tracking and faster checkout on future purchases.

3. Product Availability and Ordering

– All items listed on our Site are currently available and in stock.
– We are continuously uploading new products. If an item is sold out or not yet listed, you may contact us directly via message or phone, and we will do our best to accommodate your request as soon as possible.

4. Pricing

– All prices displayed on the Site are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and inclusive of VAT.
– We strive to keep pricing accurate but reserve the right to correct any errors or update prices without prior notice.

5. Payment

– We accept payments via GCash and PayMongo only.
– Payment must be completed in full before we process and ship your order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

– You may choose from the following shipping options:

*Courier delivery via LBC, J&T, or Flash Express

– Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

7. Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) is issued in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 7394, also known as the Consumer Act of the Philippines, and governs the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges of products purchased from YCD Autoparts (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing products from us, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Policy.

A. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

14-Day Return Window: Customers are entitled to return products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Condition of Goods: To be eligible for return, products must be unused, unmodified, and in undamaged condition. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accompanying materials, tags, labels, and manuals. Products that have been installed, altered, or used are not eligible for return. Signs of wear (e.g., scratches, marks, usage) will automatically disqualify a product from being returned.

Product Type: Given that we specialize in car auto parts, return eligibility may depend on the type of part purchased. Certain auto parts may be ineligible for return due to manufacturer restrictions or safety regulations. Return eligibility for specific parts will be clearly stated in the product information. Please check the product details before purchasing to confirm whether a part is eligible for a refund or exchange.

Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required to initiate a return or refund. This can be in the form of a receipt, order confirmation email, or any document that shows the purchase transaction.

Statutory Rights: Nothing in this Policy shall limit or exclude your rights under Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines). This includes your right to return defective goods and receive a refund, repair, or replacement, as provided by law.

B. Refund Process

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer, at our discretion, a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you, in compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

Return Shipping Costs: If the item is defective or incorrect, we will bear the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.

C. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow the procedure outlined below:

Notification: Contact us at [email/contact info] within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received your product. Please provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name and Description
  • Reason for Return
  • Photographic evidence of the condition of the product (e.g., damage, defects, packaging issues)
  • Proof of Purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or other documentation showing proof of purchase)

Return Authorization: If your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization and provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.

Return of Goods: Customers located within Isabela are required to return the product within five to seven (5-7) calendar days from receipt of Return Authorization. Customers located outside Isabela are required to return the product within seven to ten (7-10) calendar days from receipt of Return Authorization. This timeframe may vary based on the customer’s location, but the return shipment must be received within a maximum of 21 days from the date of authorization.

Inspection of Returned Items: All returned products will undergo a thorough inspection. If the product shows signs of use, alteration, or damage that occurred after the product was received, it will be returned to the customer at their expense, and no refund or exchange will be issued. If the item fails to meet the eligibility criteria, an exchange or refund may be offered at our discretion.

D. Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions outlined above.

Refunds: If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item, depending on product availability.

F. Final Inspection and Determination

Defective Goods: Products returned as defective will undergo inspection. If confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped, a refund or replacement will be processed in compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

Rejection of Return: If a return does not meet the conditions of this Policy or fails inspection, the return will be rejected. The product will be returned to the customer, and no refund, replacement, or exchange will be issued.

G. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YCD Autoparts shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products, including but not limited to loss of profit, goodwill, or business opportunities. We are also not responsible for damage or loss resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, or incompatibility with your vehicle.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

– Some products may carry manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the product page or contact us for details.
– We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
– To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from the use of our Site or products.
